Please read the policies, conditions of enrolment and admissions to Dr. Nermien Ismail Schools set out below carefully. 

1. The parent accepts that admission and placement of the child is generally determined by the child’s age or otherwise at the discretion of the NIS of school.
2. The school reserves the right to place the child in a class which the CEA of school deems academically or mentally suitable for the child’s needs at anytime during the duration in the school. This may include a repeat of an academic year.
3. Admission to the School is dependent upon the school’s belief that the child will benefit from the curriculum offered and that his / her admission will not have a negative effect on the education of existing students.
4. Fees for subsequent terms are to be paid in full before the commencement of each term. The school reserves the right to keep students out of class, should parents fail to pay fees on time.
5. Parents must accepts that the school cannot be responsible for any personal injuries caused by the child or liable for any loss or damages of personal property caused by the child, not caused by negligence of the school, its officers or employees at anytime either within the school premises or elsewhere.
